Shareholders Agreement
If your company has more than one shareholder, we recommend having a shareholders agreement. A shareholders agreement sets out certain contractual rights and obligations such as agreement on corporate matters, death of a shareholder, a right of first refusal, other rights in respect of share transfers and mechanisms for dispute.
