About

Jessica Spraggs practices in the area of employment law. Jessica provides effective and supportive advice to her clients and takes a thoughtful and practical approach to ensure the best outcome.

Jessica is active representing both employers and employees in all matters relating to the workplace, including employment agreements, workplace investigations, employment standards compliance and terminations. The legal advice that Jessica provides is enhanced by her management experience and education in business.

Not only does Jessica run a successful legal practice, but she is also responsible for the operations of the firm.  Jessica is committed to client service and in her role as Chief Administrative Officer she ensures that the client-lawyer relationship is always a positive one.

Jessica completed her law degree at the University of British Columbia Law School in 2005. After law school, she completed a clerkship at the British Columbia Court of Appeal before being called to the British Columbia bar in 2006. Jessica articled with a large national firm in downtown Vancouver and stayed on as an associate in the firm’s real estate practice until joining Spraggs Law in 2010.

Being a successful lawyer and mom of four children, Jessica spends most of her time juggling a busy work schedule and parenthood. When she can find some free time, however, she likes to relax by enjoying a good novel.
