Dave has a civil litigation practice focused on personal injury, residential tenancy, and strata law. Dave energetically works with Tom and his colleagues to provide excellence throughout the legal process. Dave has experience navigating the ins and outs of administrative bodies such as residential tenancy branch and civil resolutions tribunal and in helping clients through the injury claims process.

Having served on a strata council in the Lower Mainland, Dave has a keen interest in Strata Law and helping strata councils and residents of strata overcome the issues that can arise day to day.

Dave completed his law degree at Dalhousie University in 2013. After graduation, Dave articled with a large national firm in downtown Vancouver and joined Spraggs Law in 2015. Prior to attending law school, Dave graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.

Dave is not only extremely knowledgeable in his vocation but also enjoys intellectual challenges in his free time. He is well read on almost any topic and enjoys trivia nights. He also loves skiing, squash, travelling and live theatre.
