Motorcycle & Bicycle
Motorcyclists and cyclists are more vulnerable on the road. When that physical vulnerability is coupled with negligent driving the results can be extremely serious: injuries are often severe and can be life-threatening or devastating. There are many causes of motorcycle and bicycle accidents. The majority are caused by negligent drivers, who:
- Fail to stop before turning right on a red light
- Fail to shoulder check when switching lanes, turning or reversing
- Fail to notice blind spots
- Fail to come to a complete stop at a stop sign
- Fail to observe posted speed limits or to adjust driving to weather and traffic conditions
- Fail to obey traffic signs or signals
- Drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol
If you’ve been injured as a result of a motorcycle or bicycle accident, you may be entitled to fair compensation for your injuries—all of them. That could include out-of-pocket expenses, compensation for lost wages and future earnings, payment for pain and suffering and compensation for the costs of future care.
